My Story
What brought me to coaching was when I found myself at a crossroads following a period of personal tragedy and unsettling changes at work. All my anchors had gone and I suddenly felt lost.
Fortunately, I had some great sponsors who helped me find a fantastic coach and things immediately started to change. I became a more positive, authentic and resilient leader who was courageously compassionate and could be relied on to support my friends and colleagues through tough times.
Experiencing these life changing benefits inspired me to become an accredited coach myself. Since then I have motivated and inspired leaders at all levels and stages of their career - supporting them to become more effective and able to resolve difficult team dynamics and relational issues.
My Approach
My trademark is being fully present, creating a collaborative space with a pragmatic and results-focused approach that is based on mutual trust and honesty.
By blending practical skills with my leadership and commercial experience, I explore new insights and choices with my clients, whilst focusing on results that matter to them.
As a person, I am passionate about business, diversity and inclusion, and adopt a values based approach with a commitment to trust and integrity.
My Experience
I bring decades of leadership and commercial experience gained from working at board level in customer focused organisations in the public and private sector - including Royal Mail, a Top Footsie 100 company and Times Top 50 Employer of Women.
I have worked with customers across a range of sectors including e-commerce, retail, health, financial services, government, energy, legal and manufacturing. My track record as an Executive and Non-Executive Director, has given me an understanding of the challenges of being a people leader and implementing transformational change programmes.
